HONOLULU (February 19, 2025) – Discover Hawaii’s cultural richness at Waikiki Beach Walk during the 2025 Honolulu Festival, held the weekend of March 8-9. This much-anticipated event is a cornerstone of Hawaii’s annual calendar, celebrated for its vibrant showcases of traditional, contemporary, and indigenous cultures.

The festival unites performers and artists from Hawai’i, Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Australia, the Philippines, the mainland U.S., Europe, and South America. Attendees can enjoy a variety of free performances, activities, and cultural displays, promising an unforgettable experience.

The official press conference will be held on Friday, February 28 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Waikiki Beach Walk Plaza stage.

Catch live performances for free at Waikiki Beach Walk Plaza Stage on Saturday, March 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, March 9, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival wraps up Sunday evening with a Grand Parade along Kalakaua Avenue from 4 to 8 p.m., followed by a spectacular fireworks display.
